Return Policy

Change of Mind:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

• If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide proof of purchase, along with photos of the damaged item.

• We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

Hygiene and Safety:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• For health and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
