Return Policy
Change of Mind:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide proof of purchase, along with photos of the damaged item.
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
Hygiene and Safety:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
For health and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approving the return.
